Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence
- Define and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy
- Design and implement scalable analytics platforms and technology stacks
- Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across functions
- Oversee development of dashboards, reporting tools, and advanced analytics solutions
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage cross-functional projects using agile methodologies
- Identify opportunities to optimise costs and streamline technology landscapes
- Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years experience in analytics or business intelligence, ideally within supply chain
- Strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel
- Proven experience with large datasets and data modelling
- Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience with Azure and modern data platforms
- Exposure to tools such as SAP BW, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Azure DevOps
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights
