What Youll Be Doing

You will be responsible for high-level solution deployment and maintaining systemic stability for clients:

• Act as the L2 escalation point for technical issues passed up from the helpdesk.
• Design and configure infrastructure; expertly install and support Microsoft server operating systems and core applications.
• Proactively identify IT risks and complex problems, devising robust strategies to secure client systems.
• Perform advanced remote administration of servers and networks and handle on-site hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate repairs and services, execute orders, and manage service follow-ups with external suppliers.

Experience & Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Consultant who meets these core requirements:

• Experience Foundation: At least 5 years of dedicated server support and maintenance experience is mandatory.
• Certifications: Mandatory Matriculation certificate. You must hold an International MCSE / MCSA (or equivalent) certification, along with an A+, Server+, N+, or similar qualification.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 configuration and administration is essential.
• Systems & Continuity: Working knowledge of Veeam or other backup solutions, server hardware (RAID), TCP\IP networking, and configuring routers and wireless access points.
• You must have your own reliable transport and be willing to work after hours on short notice when required.
