About the Role
Our Client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Technical Intern to join our team in the security industry. As a Technical Intern, you will gain practical experience with security technologies, assist in technical projects, and support the maintenance and improvement of security systems. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems, such as video surveillance, access control and alarm systems.
- Support the testing and validation of security equipment and technologies.
- Help with the maintenance and optimization of security systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, including system manuals and user guides.
- Conduct research on emerging security technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide on-site technical support, including training clients on system operation and providing troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement technical solutions for security projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: Electronics, Computer Science, Security Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internships in the security industry is a plus.
- Strong interest in security technology and a desire to learn about the latest advancements in the field.
- Basic understanding of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Knowledge of electronics, networking and basic system integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
