About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Training & Brand Ambassador Manager to join our team in Bruma, Johannesburg. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our Brand Ambassador team and providing high-level administrative support at our headquarters. Your primary focus will be on ensuring brand excellence on the retail floor through training and promotion while maintaining daily office operations and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 35 years of experience in training, FMCG, or team leadership.
- Direct, mentor, and motivate a team while leading the recruitment process for new ambassadors.
- Conduct product training sessions and live cooking demonstrations on high end kitchen appliances for staff and customers.
- Handle staff-related matters including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate store promotion days and monitor market trends to provide strategic feedback to management.
- Assist with daily office operations, stock management, administrative reporting, and coordinating deliveries.
- Maintain a full-time presence at the Bruma office on non-training days and work retail hours including weekends.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in Training, FMCG, or Team Leadership.
- Based in Johannesburg with a valid drivers license.
- Proficient in the Microsoft package.
- Essential practical demonstration or cooking skills.
- Lively and assertive personality comfortable reporting to strong leadership.
- Willingness to perform varied tasks from office admin to warehouse support and retail sales.
