About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Customer Outreach Specialist to join our team. You’ll be contacting potential clients, introducing our services, and helping create new business opportunities — all over the phone and online. No experience is required; we provide full training.
What You’ll Do:
• Contact potential clients via phone, and email.
• Have friendly conversations and explain our services in a simple, clear way.
• Identify interested leads and pass them on to the sales team.
• Keep track of your follow-ups and maintain organized records.
• Work towards achievable daily and monthly goals.
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience.
What You Need:
• Great communication skills and a good phone manner.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy (email, CRM, simple data entry).
• Fluent in English (Afrikaans is a plus).
• No experience needed — we’ll train you.
