About the Role

As a Sales Representative at our company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Flow Solutions products and services within the Gauteng region. Your primary goal will be to maintain high customer satisfaction while adhering to our sales and credit policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular sales visits to existing and prospective customers
  • Promote and market Flow Solutions products and services
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, follow up on leads
  • Maintain accurate sales database and call reports
  • Submit forecasts, quotations, and documentation promptly
  • Ensure adherence to credit and sales policies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Participate in local shows and marketing activities
  • Ensure stock availability through operational liaison

Requirements

  • Minimum education: National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Minimum applicable experience: 3 years
  • Required nature of experience: Sales and customer relationship management in the Flow Solutions sector
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Flow Solutions or related products
  • Experience preparing quotations, managing orders, and conducting territory-based sales visits
