What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage group consolidations and ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities and franchise operations
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts for group entities and branches
  • Oversee group and franchise reporting processes with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Support month-end and year-end reporting deadlines
  • Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with annual financial statements and audit processes
  • Analyse financial results and provide meaningful commentary on variances and trends
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and internal controls
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting efficiencies and finance processes
  • Contribute to ad hoc finance projects, reporting, and commercial analysis

What We’re Looking For:

  • BCom Accounting (or equivalent) essential
  • CA(SA) qualification highly advantageous
  • Minimum 1 year post-articles experience
  • Exposure to consolidations, group reporting, or multi-entity environments beneficial
  • Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
  • Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
