About the Role

Our client, a leading specialist in HVAC and Industrial Refrigeration contracting, is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Specialist to join their executive team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive industry experience and excellent client relations across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HVAC strategies for clients across retail, industrial, and commercial sectors
Lead and manage high-performing teams of HVAC specialists to deliver exceptional results
Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive company-wide initiatives and improve operational efficiency
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to maintain expertise and drive innovation

Requirements

20 years of experience in the HVAC industry
Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and equipment
Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively across different sectors

Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric)
