Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Matric 12 years experience in an administrative or office support role Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Good organisational skills with the ability to manage routine administrative tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a professional work ethic Ability to follow instructions, work independently when required, and support a team Willingness to learn and grow within a technical or operations-focused environment Valid drivers license (advantageous) Clear criminal record DUTIES Assist the Senior Administrator with day-to-day office administration and general office support Support general office operations, including basic filing, document organisation, and office supplies under guidance Help prepare, format, print, scan, and file documents as required Capture, update, and maintain records, spreadsheets, and shared folders accurately Assist with logging and tracking incoming and outgoing deliveries, packages, and documents Provide support with meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing meeting rooms, and taking basic notes when required Assist with basic travel arrangements and logistics under supervision Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with company policies and procedures Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties to support the Senior Administrator and wider team Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
