What You’ll Do:
- Lead the front desk team and ensure top-notch guest service
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Support training, scheduling, and daily admin
- Work closely with other departments to create seamless experiences
You Bring:
- Min 2 years’ front office or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A professional, guest-focused attitude
- PMS knowledge
