About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client in the Food Manufacturing industry is urgently seeking an experienced Miller to join their team in Mpumalanga. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of milling equipment, managing inventory levels, and ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Management
- Achievement of overall production parameters
- Continuous availability of equipment
- Reduced downtime due to equipment breakdown
- Inventory Management
- Maintenance of finished product model stock levels
- Consumption of consumable materials model stock levels at agreed levels
- Management of vitamins and additives model stock levels
- Manufacturing losses elimination
- Financial Management
- Achievement of targeted production efficiencies
- Implementation of Zero write-offs
Requirements
- Core knowledge in Academic Qualified Wheat or Maize milling (both preferred)
- SAGMA/GMF Trade Tested
- Knowledge of fumigation on grain insects and the management thereof
- Leadership – Owning it! Driving long-term results, Staying a step-ahead.
- Personal Effectiveness Assertive and diplomatic
- Creative and solution orientated, Self-motivated, capable of working independently and delivering on time
Qualifications
- Academic Qualified Wheat or Maize miller (both preferred)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R300K/yr to R400K/yr, salary negotiable. Performance Bonus, Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity), Training & Development, Paid Time Off (PTO).
