About the Role

The Driver / Warehouse Worker role at ZuluZenith involves a versatile set of responsibilities, requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and safe driving practices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end movement of goods, performing essential warehouse tasks and operating company vehicles for local deliveries and collections.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles (Code 10, or 14 depending on requirements) to transport goods to various locations.
Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation to meet time-sensitive delivery schedules.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and manage associated paperwork (e.g., invoices, delivery notes).
Securely load merchandise onto vehicles and offload stock upon arrival at customer sites or the warehouse.
Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify quantities against purchase orders, and store items in designated locations.
Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to customer order forms.
Assist with regular stock counts and help maintain real-time inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Ensure a clean and organized work environment to prevent hazards and support operational efficiency.
Operate material handling equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks in accordance with safety protocols.

Requirements

Valid drivers license C1 with a clean driving record and a Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
High school diploma or equivalent (Matric)
