About the Role
The Driver / Warehouse Worker role at ZuluZenith involves a versatile set of responsibilities, requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and safe driving practices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end movement of goods, performing essential warehouse tasks and operating company vehicles for local deliveries and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles (Code 10, or 14 depending on requirements) to transport goods to various locations.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation to meet time-sensitive delivery schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and manage associated paperwork (e.g., invoices, delivery notes).
- Securely load merchandise onto vehicles and offload stock upon arrival at customer sites or the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify quantities against purchase orders, and store items in designated locations.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to customer order forms.
- Assist with regular stock counts and help maintain real-time inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment to prevent hazards and support operational efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks in accordance with safety protocols.

- Valid drivers license C1 with a clean driving record and a Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
