Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function efficiently to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will manage multiple operational areas including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and maintenance, while promoting a culture of teamwork, service excellence, and operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager to improve performance, drive profitability, and maintain high hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures Monitor departmental performance and service standards Ensure consistent compliance with company standards and procedures Team Leadership & Staff Management Lead, motivate, and manage operational teams Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence Conduct staff training and performance evaluations Address staffing needs and operational challenges Financial & Budget Control Assist the General Manager with budgeting and financial planning Monitor expenses and control operational costs Analyse performance metrics and implement improvement strategies Support revenue growth and profitability initiatives Guest Experience Management Ensure exceptional service standards across all departments Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations Maintain quality assurance and operational standards Minimum Requirements 5–7 years’ experience in hotel operations management Strong understanding of hospitality management principles Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong financial and operational management skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
