About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Field Guide and Front of House couple to join our well-established safari Lodge in the Waterberg region of Limpopo. As a passionate couple, you will have the opportunity to grow your careers within the Outdoor and hospitality industry while working in a scenic bush environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading engaging game drives and bush experiences as the Field Guide
- Managing guest relations, reservations, and daily lodge operations as the Front of House partner
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences combining professional guiding with front-of-house service excellence
Requirements
- FGASA Level 1 Guide qualification essential
- PFTC First Aid Level 1 certification
- Valid driver’s licence with PrDP
- Previous 4-star Lodge experience as a Guide
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine people-focused approach
- Computer literate with strong admin and guest service skills
