Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Therapist to join our team. The Senior Therapist will provide advanced therapeutic services, supervise and mentor junior staff, and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to professional and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced therapeutic interventions to clients, tailored to individual needs. Conduct client assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate progress. Supervise, mentor, and support junior therapists and interns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and reports. Ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and organizational standards. Job Specifications / Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in Therapy (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or similar). Registration with the appropriate professional body. Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience. Proven leadership and supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills. Commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
