About the Role
The Sous Chef position at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Lephalale is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to high standards
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve efficient service delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Extensive culinary experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Budget and inventory management experience
- Food portfolio required with application
