• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the complex and common property.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, infrastructure, and facilities.
• Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Manage maintenance schedules for items such as gates, lighting, pumps, plumbing, and general infrastructure.

Project Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects and capital improvement works within the complex.
• Work with contractors and service providers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to acceptable quality standards.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with specifications.

Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.

• Maintain and implement safety procedures and risk management plans.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure contractors comply with OHS standards.
• Maintain required safety documentation and records.

Reporting and Coordination

• Provide regular maintenance and project progress reports to the Trustees/Managing Agent.
• Assist in identifying maintenance priorities and planning preventative maintenance.
• Work closely with the Trustees and Managing Agent to address operational matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Has strong technical or maintenance background (building maintenance, facilities management, or similar).
• Has knowledge or certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Has experience managing contractors and supervising maintenance projects.
• Is hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple maintenance tasks.
• Has good communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in sectional title complexes or residential facilities will be an advantage.
• Preferably a male
