<p><strong>Luxury Lodge</strong> in <strong>Madikwe</strong> is looking for a <strong>Field Guide / FOH </strong>Management Couple to join their team.</p><p><strong>Field Guide:</strong></p><p>FGASA Level 1 / Level 2 will be preferred with all guiding qualifications up to date</p><p>Full Trails (advantageous)</p><p>First Aid Level 1</p><p>Strong maintenance skills</p><p>Strong Vehicle Maintenance Skills</p><p>Strong Hosting Skills</p><p>Fluent in English (spoken & written)</p><p>Basic HR knowledge</p><p><strong>FOH / Admin:</strong></p><p>Strong Hosting Skills</p><p>All-rounder knowledge of all departments will be advantageous</p><p>PAN Knowledge (a must)</p><p>Computer Knowledge MS Office</p><p>Basic HR Knowledge</p><p>Strong Admin Skills</p><p>Fluent in English (spoken & written)</p><p><strong>Requirements for both:</strong></p><p>At least 5+ years experience in a 5* property</p><p>Own Transport</p><p>Drivers license a must</p><p>Able to manage a Team</p><p>Time management skills</p><p>Creative out of the box thinking must be able to think on their feet</p><p>Able to work independently</p><p>Outgoing personalities (must be able to entertain guest)</p>
