About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java 11 backend development to join our team. As a key member of our Agile/DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based backend applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Java-based backend applications
- Collaborate within an Agile/DevOps team across analysis, design, and testing
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven solutions (Kafka/JMS)
- Develop and support containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery
- Contribute to frontend development (Angular) when required
- Ensure quality through unit and integration testing
- Provide Tier-3 production support and resolve complex issues
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Plan and execute system upgrades with minimal disruption
- Troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability and performance
