Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our client’s mining company based in Mpumalanga. As a Mechanical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in the mining industry
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- N5 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Mechanical Trade Test Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mechanical Foreman in the mining industry
- Good knowledge of mining equipment and processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
