Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities comply with strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Analyze equipment performance, downtime, and failure modes to optimize maintenance.
- Lead or participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Track and report KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR to management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering or Technical discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure industrial environment.
- Expertise in predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography).
- Strong data analysis and statistical modeling skills.
