About the Role
Drive smarter business decisions through technology, acting as a pivotal role in unlocking value from SAP and leading impactful system enhancements across a national operation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-line SAP support and resolve user queries within agreed SLAs
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams or service providers
- Identify and implement continuous business improvement initiatives
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Lead and coordinate IT-related business projects, including planning and delivery
- Support system enhancements, testing, and post-implementation activities
- Develop and maintain reports to support business decision-making
- Conduct SAP user training and develop training materials
- Manage SAP user access and support audit compliance processes
- Monitor system usage and identify risks or non-compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, BCom, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a business analyst or IT environment
- Strong SAP experience, preferably within the SD module
- Proven experience in project coordination or delivery
- Solid understanding of business processes and systems analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with reporting tools and advanced MS Office skills
