About the Role
Express Employment Professionals Midrand is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As a strategic creative, you will design with intention and commercial awareness, while collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual content. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on wide range of materials including packaging, web designs, presentations, collateral, catalogues, signage, branding, and marketing materials.
- Study design briefs and prepare rough drafts for presentation and editing after feedback.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand identity.
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material across various media.
- Use trend intelligence to design and execute effective visual content.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (3+ years preferred) in retail environment.
- Power tool & accessory product background is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, print, digital, and branding work.
- Ability to collaborate on branding & promotional material, external marketing requirements, and signage.
- Ability to translate strategic direction into high-quality designs within established brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- A Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Understanding of B2B wholesale environments or product-based industries (advantageous).
