About the Role

We are a growing retail fit-out and interior construction company seeking a junior, organised, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining HR documentation and policies
  • Prepare, format, and manage employment contracts and HR records
  • Support HR administration including overtime tracking and staff records
  • Perform general administrative duties (typing documents, printing plans, phone calls)
  • Liaise with suppliers, place orders, and make bookings
  • Assist with payroll inputs (hours worked, overtime, leave)
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems

Requirements

  • Matric (essential)
  • ±2 years experience in an admin, HR, or office support role
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, PDFs)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • English and Afrikaans speaking
