About the Role

As a Supervisor in our SME Finance team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end lending process, ensuring fast, sound credit decisions and a high-performing loan portfolio. Your focus will be on structuring and managing working capital solutions linked to invoices and confirmed purchase orders within a disciplined risk framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment and structuring of invoice discounting and PO funding transactions
  • Evaluate underlying contracts, buyers, and transaction flows to ensure bankable deals
  • Guide the team in analysing applications efficiently and within defined turnaround times
  • Review and recommend funding decisions, highlighting key risks and mitigants
  • Oversee deal execution, legal agreements, and disbursements
  • Monitor funded transactions post-disbursement, ensuring delivery against POs and invoice submission
  • Track repayments tied to client cash flow cycles and buyer payments
  • Manage collections, escalations, and recoveries where required
  • Minimise impairments through proactive risk management and early intervention
