About the Role
The Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking an experienced ESD Manager to join their team in Mokopane. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Enterprise and Supplier Development initiatives, with a focus on rural community development and local content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop SMMEs and local enterprises through structured incubation or development programmes.
- Develop and implement ESD strategies to promote local content creation and community engagement.
- Interface with government, tribal authorities, and community stakeholders in a mining context.
- Manage budgets and report against regulatory compliance frameworks (B-BBEE, Mining Charter, SLP).
- Build extensive networks across local enterprises and government structures in South Africa.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Law or a related field (NQF Level 7 minimum)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) – preferred
- Qualification or accredited short course in B-BBEE, Transformation or Enterprise and Supplier Development is advantageous
