About the Role
Top Recruitment LTd is seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. As a professional pest control operator, you will be responsible for providing top-notch services to clients across various premises, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pest inspections at client premises to identify infestations and determine treatment requirements.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments safely in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
- Provide pest prevention advice and recommendations to clients.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of pesticides and equipment.
- Maintain pest control equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain good customer service and professional conduct when interacting with clients.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Pest Control Operator License – P Number (P License) registered with the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development
- Valid driver’s licence
- At least 1–2 years experience in pest control services
- Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods and pesticide application
