About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at a stunning luxury lodge in Mpumalanga. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-ins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently
  • Manage reception desk duties, including checking-in and out guests
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Requirements

  • Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a high-end lodge or hospitality environment (essential)
  • Hospitality qualification (advantageous)

No formal education or certifications are required for this position.

Salary & Benefits

R5,000 – R6,000 per month
