About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage and develop a client database, with a focus on properties in Botswana. The role involves driving sales and cross-selling within the property portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a database of current and potential clients
  • Promote and sell properties within the portfolio
  • Cross-sell products across multiple properties
  • Build and maintain relationships with:
  • Tour Operators
  • DMCs (Destination Management Companies)
  • Travel Agents
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
  • Travel as required for sales visits, trade shows, and client meetings

Requirements

Valid driver’s licence and own transport

Valid passport

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

Recognised Sales qualification (advantageous)

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role

Established database of clients

Proven experience working with Tour Operators, DMCs, and Travel Agents
