About the Role
Midvaal Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a commercially strong and technically experienced Branch Manager in Nelspruit. The role requires a sales-driven leader with solid refrigeration industry experience and the ability to grow and optimise branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, improve, and implement branch processes and systems
- Analyze product sales performance and address slow-moving stock
- Review and report item group sales performance to Sales Manager
- Recruit, select, and onboard branch employees
- Regularly call and visit customers to gather service feedback
- Drive revenue growth and ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Matric (Non-negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years experience in the refrigeration industry (preferred)
- Sales background (essential)
- Managerial experience (beneficial)
- Existing industry networks (advantageous)
- Intermediate MS Office
- Advanced Excel proficiency
