About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in Nelspruit, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Sage Pastel
- Provide support to management with recruitment, training, and benefits administration
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- Any HR related qualification or certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, FETC)
- 2 years’ working experience in a similar HR role
- Proficient in working on Sage Pastel software
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transport
