Job Description

A dynamic financial technology and payments company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of payment systems. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into clear functional documentation, support project delivery, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Responsibilities: Gather and document business and reporting requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications and documentation Document processes, procedures, and workflows Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet requirements Continuously improve analysis tools, processes, and documentation standards Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification 35 years Business Analyst experience Strong understanding of the payments industry (retail, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Draw.io Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification writing Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Valid drivers licence and own transport Fluent in business English (additional languages advantageous) Benefits Salary: negotiable.
