About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Rental Agent to join our team in Nelspruit, who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage rental properties and communicate with clients
- Process rent payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of local market trends and regulations
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
Requirements
- Matric certification
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans
