About the Role

As a Sales & Design Consultant at Bosha Placements, you will have unlimited earning potential comprised of a basic salary, excellent commissions, and showroom incentives on the sales that you bring in. You will be working with clients to understand their design needs and lifestyle preferences, presenting and refining concepts using cutting-edge 3D design tools, and providing expert advice on cabinetry design and technical options.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their design needs and lifestyle preference
• Present and refine concepts using cutting-edge 3D design tools (training given)
• Provide expert advice on cabinetry design and technical options
• Manage client expectations & provide regular feedback
• Management of client’s quotes, contracts, payments and orders
• Manage full project lifecycle—from consultation through to installation and hand-over
• Meeting showroom sales & margin targets, personal strike rates & deals signed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Matric & 2 years of experience in a sales and design role, ideally within the kitchen, cabinetry, or interior design industry
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field will be advantageous
• Project management within the building & construction industry (preferred)
• Understanding the needs of clients and interpreting their ideas into creative designs
