About the Role

A reputable and well-established automotive dealership group is seeking an experienced Vehicle Warranty & Costing Clerk to join its Newcastle branch. The business is known for delivering professional service, trusted expertise, and high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately cost workshop repair orders
  • Submit vehicle warranty claims in line with manufacturer standards and procedures
  • Process supplier invoices timeously and accurately
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
  • Liaise with workshop, service advisors, parts department, and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Resolve claim queries and invoice discrepancies
  • Deliver high levels of internal and external customer service

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Mathematics and Accounting advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years costing and warranty claims experience within the motor dealership industry
  • Computer literate (MS Office Suite)

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Experience within a franchised or premium motor dealership environment
