About the Role
The Roberts Connexion is seeking an Administrator to support multiple smaller catering units across Gauteng. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions are accurate, up-to-date, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Visiting various catering units on a rotational basis
- Capturing invoices and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Capturing and maintaining staff hours and timesheets
- Assisting with stock and general unit administration
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards
- Supporting unit managers with day-to-day admin requirements

- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (essential)
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
