About the Role
A busy, modern Dental Practice with branches in Rosebank and Bedfordview is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organised Treatment Plan Coordinator to join their dynamic team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be based primarily at the Rosebank branch, with Thursdays and Saturdays spent at the Bedfordview practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating patient treatment plans
- Assisting patients with treatment explanations and scheduling
- Liaising between patients and the clinical team
- Administrative and coordination duties related to treatment planning
- Assisting with patient communication and follow-ups
- Supporting the overall workflow and efficiency of the practice
Requirements
- Previous dental industry experience essential
- Computer-literate and confident working with digital systems
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong administrative and patient liaison skills
