About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and personable Guest Relations Consultant to join the team at a luxury safari lodge in the North West. This live-in position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of hospitality systems, and a hands-on approach to guest service and lodge support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and general guest communication
- Ensure a seamless and personalised guest experience from arrival to departure
- Assist with hosting guest activities and meals when required
- Maintain guest records and manage bookings through hospitality software
- Liaise with various departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
- Handle guest queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar guest-facing hospitality role is essential
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Familiarity with hospitality software (experience with Benson or Tall Order is beneficial)
- Drivers licence and own transport required
- Flexible and willing to step in to support other lodge functions when needed
