About the Role

Farm Manager SA is seeking an experienced and passionate FARM MANAGER to oversee the daily operations of our livestock farm in Northern Cape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production and management of our cattle, goats, sheep, and game reserves. If you have a strong background in agriculture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate staff, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage livestock production and maintenance
• Supervise staff and coordinate day-to-day activities
• Implement and maintain irrigation systems for lucerne and maize crops
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs of farm equipment and infrastructure
• Monitor and control pest and disease management

Requirements

• A degree in Agriculture or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in livestock management
• Strong knowledge of agricultural production methods and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
