About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People and Culture Business Partner in Carnarvon, Northern Cape. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide strategic guidance on people-related matters to support business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR generalist services to the organization
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage HR projects from initiation to completion
- Stay up-to-date with relevant HR legislation and ensure compliance
Requirements
- NQF 7: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent
- 5 years’ work experience in an HR generalist/ business partner role
