About the Role
As a Country Manager at our Passenger Vehicle Dealership in Lusaka, Zambia, you will be responsible for leading our company’s daily operations and formulating strategic plans to drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s daily operations
- Formulate the company’s development strategy, be responsible for the company’s short-term and long-term company decisions and strategies
- Supervise and control the entire implementation process, be responsible for business results, organize the implementation of financial budget plans, etc.
- Formulate annual performance goals and business development strategy plans, overall marketing planning plans, and achieve business management goals with the elected heads of these divisions
- Tracking market development and adjusting strategies
- The establishment and improvement of company business strategies, operating rules, policies
Requirements
- Professional experience: more than 10 years of work experience, including more than 5 years of operation and management experience in automotive industry
- Rich customer relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities
- Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability
- Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through
- Strong understanding of the African automotive markets and business practices
- Full and Strong knowledge in successfully running an entire automotive dealership
