About the Role

We are looking for Native Spanish Sales Agents to support the expansion of our client’s customer base and sales operations in Colombia, Argentina, and Venezuela.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect customer information following the questionnaire
• Present products based on individual customer benefits
• Address customer objections
• Offer product courses
• Handle additional objections
• Process orders
• Complete training within the required time frame (1 niche / 4 days)
• Collect information based on the questionnaire
• Enter customer details, delivery address, and order information
• Analyse customer feedback and determine the appropriate course of action
• Provide customer consultations
• Forward relevant information to the responsible team member
• Analyse and evaluate conversations with customers

Requirements

Native Spanish speaker

Computer literacy

Access to a PC or Laptop

Wired LAN internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps or 5G)

Headset with microphone (over-thehead or headband style)

Salary & Benefits

• For Colombia:
• Hourly rate: $10,357.14 COP/hour
• Approx. daily earnings (7 hours/day): $1,450,000 COP
• Bonus for unofficial contract: $378,000 COP
• Commissions: 2% of purchased item
• Paid in crypto, based on the day’s exchange rate

• For Argentina:
• Hourly rate: 3 EUR/hour
• Approx. daily earnings (7 hours/day): 21 EUR
• Bonus for unofficial contract: 180 USD
• Commissions: 2% of purchased item
• Paid in crypto, based on the day’s exchange rate

• For Venezuela:
• Hourly rate: 1.8 EUR/hour
• Approx. daily earnings (7 hours/day): 12.6 EUR
• Bonus for unofficial contract: 180 USD
• Commissions: 2% of purchased item
• Paid in crypto, based on the day’s exchange rate
