Sales and Project Manager | Tanzania | Kitchen Solutions A fastgrowing commercial kitchen solutions provider is seeking a SALES AND PROJECT MANAGER to lead its expansion in the hospitality sector. This role blends business development, client advisory, and endtoend project management – ideal for someone with strong kitchen operations knowledge and the confidence to manage installations from concept to handover. Location: Arusha / Zanzibar (with travel across Tanzania) Key Responsibilities Business development – Identify and grow new opportunities within the hospitality sector Client relationship management – Build and maintain strong, longterm partnerships Proposal preparation – Prepare and present commercial kitchen equipment proposals Project management – Manage projects from design through installation and final handover Internal coordination – Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth execution Operational advisory – Advise clients on kitchen workflow, efficiency, and equipment selection Sales reporting – Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and achieve monthly sales targets Requirements 3 – 5+ years hospitality experience ; ideally as an Executive Chef or similar senior kitchen role Experience in sales or clientfacing roles Strong understanding of kitchen operations and workflow Proven project management capability Excellent communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel across Tanzania Compensation USD 2;500 monthly + full expat package and performancebased incentives To apply for Sales and Project Manager | Tanzania | Kitchen Solutions, please send your CV WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND INSERTED FULL-LENGTH PHOTO.
