About the Role
Silverlight Research is a London-based expert network offering institutional investors, private equity firms, hedge funds, consulting firms, and corporate strategy teams access to independent industry experts for strategic decision-making. We are seeking experienced Sales Callers to join our team based in South Africa, who will actively connect with potential and existing clients, communicate effectively with industry experts, and facilitate engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Explain the company’s services to clients
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations
- Maintain accurate client records
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- At least 1 year of Sales experience, lead generation expertise, and proficiency in client relationship management
- Organizational skills, multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of market research, data collection, and industry analysis techniques
