About the Role

Rennie Farms, a producer and supplier of fresh produce with Head Office in Paarl, is seeking an experienced Grower/Farmer/Production Manager to join our team at one of our Paarl farms. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of their section, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all operational aspects of your section
• Managing of staff reporting to this position
• Assess employees’ performances
• Management of all growing and harvesting required
• Implement and maintain strict safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Grade 12 Senior Certificate
• Diploma required or Degree in Agriculture (farming) is a requirement
• 2-5 years Practical farming exposure to cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work overtime and alternative weekends
• South African ID is compulsory
