About the Role
Our client, a reputable leader in the automotive sector, is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Automotive Replacement Parts Specialist to join their dynamic team in Paarl, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, a stable work history, and a knack for meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to current and prospective clients.
- Handle parts sales seamlessly across multiple platforms, including over-the-counter, online, and telesales.
- Assist customers in understanding product offerings and accurately identify the right solutions for their vehicle needs.
- Drive sales and renewals to consistently meet and exceed branch targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to build long-term loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Automotive Spare Parts Sales is essential.
- Knowledge: Extensive and deep knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.
