About the Role
Hire Resolve is urgently seeking a Chartered Accountant with experience in the Finance industry to join their team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. As a key member of their national Audit, Accounting, and Tax Department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the highest standards of quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold a management position within the national Audit, Accounting, and Tax Department.
- Engage in business development.
- Review and approve all reports.
- Oversee quality control within the firm.
- Supervise the training and development of staff.
- Develop, manage, and monitor the branch’s revenue targets.
- Be capable of implementing and managing projects.
Requirements
- Must be, or willing to become, a SAICA Trainee officer.
- An existing client portfolio is advantageous.
- Hold a tertiary qualification as a Qualified CA (SA).
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of post-CA(SA) qualification experience within an audit firm.
- Be a Registered Auditor (Assurance).
