Job Description
Responsibilities:

Process invoices and reconcile them with purchase orders and goods receipts.

Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payments.

Manage vendor payments and account details.
-
Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulations.

Monitor and update debtor credit applications and information.
-
Assist the senior accountant with daily accounting tasks.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-
Completed SAIPA, CIMA, or SAICA articles.
-
Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and bookkeeping.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
