About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Management Couple for a high-end luxury lodge near Kruger National Park. The successful couple will ensure exceptional guest experiences, seamless operational performance, and the continuous development of the lodge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the lodge’s operations and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment for all guests.
- Address guest concerns and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Ensure exceptional lodge standards are maintained at all times.
- Arrange relief housekeepers when required.
- Oversee housekeeping operations and staff.
- Complete and submit month-end reports.
- Manage ordering and control of stock, consumables, and lodge assets.
- Conduct daily game drives as a full-time guide.
- Host and welcome guests.
- Oversee gardens, maintenance, and general lodge upkeep.
- Assist with operational duties where required.
Requirements
- Her Qualifications: Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent.
- His Qualifications: FGASA Level 1 (NQF 2), DEAT registered, Valid PDP, Valid First Aid qualification.
