About the Role
The Client Liaison role at our company involves providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing administrative tasks, and supporting sales teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders, while also maintaining accurate records and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering all internal and external incoming calls & relaying messages to relevant members of staff
- Welcoming company visitors and direct general enquiries to the correct departments
- Ensuring that the branches client and training database is correctly updated at all times
- Assisting sales team and customers with quotes and invoicing as required
- Coordinate planning and administration for all training events
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as reports, collation of feedback etc. using Word and Excel programs
- Assist with ad-hoc duties from time to time, such as product launches, staff and client functions
- Collect cash/card payments from customers
- Check invoices/credits on daily billing lists
- Submit weekly invoices and monthly credits to Head office via courier
- Capturing of vehicle log books weekly/monthly including service planning
- Sell/monitor stock levels of customer cokes/water canisters
- Ensure that all marketing material is up to date in branch
Requirements
Basic computer training in Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP
Two years of administration or reception experience
In possession of Matric
